How are your shirts made?

What is your return policy?
We strive to make every purchase a positive experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your handmade shirt, you may return the item for a full refund. The item in question must be mailed back to us in original/new condition to qualify for a refund. If you would like to initiate a return exchange, please e-mail us at lauren@kahea.org to begin the process.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE to all destinations within Hawai'i and the continental U.S. Very slight but additional shipping costs will apply to international orders. You are always able to see and confirm shipping costs before you finalize your order.

How will you ship my order?
We use the United States Postal Service to ship orders via Priority Air. Tracking will be provided when available. International orders will typically ship via First Class Air.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 14 days for your order to reach destinations in Hawai'i and the continental U.S. International orders please allow extra time to receive your order.

How do you process my order? Is this process secure?
The payment process is conducted in Pay Pal's secure processing environment. Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). We do not store credit card or personal data.

Do I need a credit card to make a purchase in your store?
No, you don't need a credit card to make a purchase. PayPal also processes debit cards. Simply enter your payment information in to the "Pay with Bill Me LaterĀ®, Debit or Credit Card" during checkout to use your debit card.

Do I have to register with PayPal to make a purchase?
No. PayPal no longer requires that you register for an account to pay for orders.
